"Sonríe" means "Smile"; in this case, as an order, not as a verb. (Yes, the word contains an 'accute'. I think that's the word.)
What you see written in there is: "When you look up at the sky and see the sun, smile. And even if you don't find it, make it appear with your smile".

(This was made for print. To write a letter in it. But the printers I had access to, gave me the weirdest colors... Maybe it's me?)
Done with Adobe Illustrator. Everything from scratch, without references, so yeah, the flowers aren't very accurate.
