Before you guys start with the "OMG WHERE DID YOU GET THAT" questions *LOL's*, search for the official Final Fantasy III website. That is, FF3 for the Nintendo DS. That's not hard, is it? See the 'Multimedia' section. There, you'll find a few wallpapers featuring the game's main characters.
